Clothes Dryer Repair
Well after 7 years, our clothes dryer broke a few weeks ago. The machine still worked, but the timer would not stop, so the dryer would keep running after the clothes were dry. The Whirlpool web site did not say much about how to fix it, so we had a repairman come to our house to make the repair. In 5 seconds he had the timer top panel off, did a quick test and said “your timer needs to be replaced”. He told me where what part to order online and that I could just unplug the old one and plug in the new. So that is what I did and it saved me about $150 from having the repairman go to his truck get the part and plug it in for me!
This was a simple fix that any landlord can do themselves.
